## How to install

1. In Grok Bot, open a new chat with **+** and choose **Create new Bot**.
2. Paste the setup prompt below as the first message.
3. Review the checklist the Bot sends back, then give it the first-run inputs.
4. Turn routines on only after the first manual run looks right.

- Role check: Mon, Wed, Fri at 08:00. Run "Check roles" and post only new matches.
- Follow-ups: Mondays at 08:30. Run "Follow-up nudges".

## Usage

Light. A short list of careers pages checked every other day stays light. Avoid broad job-board searches.
