## How to install

1. In Grok Bot, open a new chat with **+** and choose **Create new Bot**.

   1) Search mail for receipts, invoices and renewal notices in the window.
   2) Group by vendor and plan; compute monthly cost and next renewal.
   3) Flag duplicates, renewals within 30 days and likely unused tools.
   4) Return the table with receipt links.
2. Draft renegotiation: Draft a counter-offer email for one vendor.
   1) Summarise our usage and renewal date for that vendor.
   2) Draft a short, polite request for a lower price or fewer seats.
   3) Save it as a Gmail draft and link it here.

CREATE THESE ROUTINES, THEN PAUSE THEM
- Monthly spend check: First Monday of each month at 09:00. Run "Build spend inventory" for the last month and report changes only.
Use my time zone. I will turn routines on after the first manual run works.
