Identify whether the problem occurs when opening the link, adding the Bot, finding a skill, connecting an app or running a routine. Check that step first; each has a different cause.
The share link will not open
Check that the URL came from the author and that you are signed in to the intended account. A team-only link requires the right team access. Ask the author whether the link is still active and intended for your account; do not send them your password or session cookie.
The Bot was added but something is missing
Compare the preview and the new Bot’s instructions, skills and connected apps. A skill may need to be enabled for the Bot, while an external service may require your own authorization. Ask the author for the missing instructions or an updated version if the content is not present.
Reconnecting a service can grant access to data or actions. Review the service and permissions before approving it.
A routine did not run
Check which Bot owns the routine, whether it is paused, its time zone and schedule, the source connection and any available run history. Test a small manual task before changing the schedule. Account usage limits and unavailable sources can also affect a run.
When asking for help, share the template name, app version, time of the issue and a redacted error. Remove private URLs, credentials and task contents.
