Lead Research
Turns a list of company names into a sourced lead sheet with a reason to reach out.
You say“Research these 12 Shopify agencies for our analytics tool. Buyer is usually the agency owner.”
| Company | Signal | Reason now |
|---|---|---|
| Northbeam Studio | 25 staff | Hiring a data analyst (Oct 20) |
| Kettle & Co | 8 staff | Launched a Plus migration offer |
| Halo Commerce | Unclear | Low confidence: sparse site |
Example output, written to show the shape of the result. Not a screenshot of a real run.
About this Bot
Paste up to 15 companies. For each, it reads the public website and recent news, fills a lead sheet with size signals, likely buyer role and a specific, sourced reason to reach out now. It does not email anyone.
What you get
- A table: company, what they do, size signal, likely buyer, reason to reach out, source.
- A confidence note on each row.
- A CSV you can import into your CRM.
Good fit
- Outbound lists of 10–50 companies a week.
- Personalising the first line of outreach.
Not for
- Finding private emails or phone numbers.
- Sending outreach; it only prepares research.
Install in three steps
- 01 Copy the setup prompt below.
- 02 In Grok Bot, open a new chat with + and choose Create new Bot. Paste it as the first message.
- 03 Check the list it sends back, then give it the first-run inputs. Turn routines on after the first run looks right.

FAQ
Can it find email addresses?
No, by design. Guessing personal contact data is unreliable and often against site terms. Use your own enrichment tool for that step.
