How much does Grok Bot cost?

There is no standalone Grok Bot price. Since October 12, 2026 it is included in The X Subscription, which bundles Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor and X Premium; paid tiers come with a shared weekly usage pool, and higher tiers get larger pools. Extra usage beyond the pool is bought as credits. Check x.ai/pricing for current tier prices, because they have changed more than once in 2026.
How Grok Bot is sold
- The X Subscription (from October 12, 2026) brings Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor and X Premium into one plan. Paid tiers include a weekly pool shared across Grok, Grok Bot and Cursor; the pool refreshes weekly.
- Legacy plans (SuperGrok tiers, and Cursor Pro, Pro+ and Ultra on usage-based pricing) kept Grok Bot access for existing subscribers until they switch.
- Cursor accounts still on legacy request-based pricing do not get Grok Bot at all unless they opt into usage-based pricing, according to forum staff.
Published third-party summaries in October 2026 listed the X Subscription tiers as Free, Plus, Premium, Super and Ultra, with Ultra at $200 a month. We do not repeat exact prices here because the official page is the only reliable source: x.ai/pricing.
What actually decides your cost
The plan price is only the floor. Real cost depends on how much work your Bots do:
- Long conversations and frequent routines can use a week's pool in days. Several forum users on the top tier reported reaching 99% in three days.
- Forum staff confirmed there is no tier above Ultra for Grok Bot, and plans do not stack.
- Extra usage is billed per token as credits, with no fixed "dollars per request" table.
