Terms of Service.

These terms describe the use of Boterly and its public resources.

What Boterly provides

Boterly is an independent library of Grok Bot templates, install kits and answers. The 12 existing templates and their install kits, the answers library, and any template or kit we publish for free today stay free. Boterly is not affiliated with or endorsed by xAI, SpaceXAI, Grok or Cursor.

Using the resources

Review templates and prompts before using them. Grok Bot and any connected services are third-party products governed by their own terms and charges. Running a template uses your own Grok Bot usage. Do not use Boterly to break the law, interfere with the site, access systems without permission or distribute harmful code.

Resources are provided as available. They may contain errors or become outdated, and we cannot guarantee a particular result or uninterrupted availability. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Paid plans and cancellation

Paid plans and the install service are not yet available where the pricing page says Coming soon. If a plan opens for purchase, its price, billing period and applicable taxes will be shown before you pay. Monthly and yearly plans renew until canceled; the lifetime plan is a one-time payment. The install service is separate.

When Waffo checkout is enabled, buyers can manage or request cancellation through the Waffo customer portal. Cancellation, refund eligibility and timing are subject to the buyer terms presented at checkout and applicable law. Contact hello@boterly.si for help.

Term, violations and termination

These terms apply while you use Boterly. You may stop using the site at any time. Stopping visits alone does not cancel a paid subscription; use the cancellation process above if you have one.

If you materially violate the usage rules, we may issue a warning when reasonably possible, restrict or suspend your access, or terminate your access. We may act without advance notice when necessary to address suspected fraud, security threats or legal requirements.

We may also suspend or discontinue all or part of the service for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons. We will provide notice when reasonably practicable. Any paid-plan cancellation or refund remains subject to the applicable purchase terms and law; your statutory rights are not affected.
