Does Grok Bot work with Outlook, Microsoft 365 or Teams?
Last checked October 28, 2026 · Grok Bot changes often
Partly. Outlook, Outlook Calendar and OneDrive are available as plugins — search "microsoft" in Plugins, add them and sign in with your Microsoft account. As of October 2026 there is no Teams, SharePoint or Dynamics plugin; for those, staff suggest computer use, where the Bot opens the web app in its own browser after you sign in.
What is available
| Microsoft product | Plugin |
|---|---|
| Outlook (mail) | Yes |
| Outlook Calendar | Yes |
| OneDrive | Yes |
| Teams | No |
| SharePoint | No |
| Dynamics | No |
Azure and Dataverse appear in the plugin search, but they are developer tools and do not stand in for Outlook or Teams.
Setup
- Open Settings → Plugins and search microsoft.
- Add Outlook, Outlook Calendar and/or OneDrive.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account when prompted.
- In chat, use
@to bring the plugin into a task.
Work accounts: your IT admin may need to approve the app before sign-in completes. If it fails with a consent or admin error, that is the reason.
For Teams and SharePoint
Use computer use: ask the Bot to open Teams or SharePoint on the web in its browser, take over the computer to sign in yourself (including 2FA), then tell the Bot to continue from the current page. It is slower and costs more usage than a plugin, so keep these tasks small.
Templates that use Outlook
Meeting Prep and Inbox Triage are written for Google but work with Outlook: replace the plugin names in the setup prompt.
